How I Got Here

I did not start out planning to be an educator or an academy founder. I started as someone who believed in doing the hard work, earning the credentials, and proving myself in traditional career paths. But somewhere along the way I realized the knowledge I had fought so hard to gain did not have to stay with me. It could become the foundation that launched hundreds of other women into the careers they deserved. Her Tech Academy was born from that realization.
